Formation managed from start to finish
Forming an LLC involves the bank, notary and Commercial Register. Karpeo prepares the information, reviews the file and tells you precisely what is required at each stage.
The name, purpose, registered office, shareholders, managing directors and signing authorities are defined before documents are drafted.
We draft the file, guide you through the capital deposit and coordinate signature with the notary.
The file is sent to the Commercial Register, then we organise the company’s next obligations.

Expertise that goes beyond the articles
Formation already involves tax, remuneration and accounting decisions. Your file is handled by professionals who understand what happens after registration.
Requirements to meet
An LLC can be formed by one person. It requires CHF 20,000 of share capital, a distinctive name and an organisation allowing representation in Switzerland.
We verify these points before drafting the articles. This avoids late corrections to an unavailable name, an overly narrow purpose or unsuitable signing authorities.
