An accounting firm should make the figures clear
Business owners should understand the work being done, know their deadlines and have figures that are recent enough to support decisions.

Profile · Founder
Swiss certified accountant · Founder of Karpeo
I lead Karpeo, an accounting firm founded in Geneva in 2018. Together with our team, I advise SMEs, self-employed professionals and company founders on accounting, taxation and the decisions that shape their growth.

My professional principles
Technical expertise matters. So does the ability to use it to make a business decision understandable.
Business owners should understand the work being done, know their deadlines and have figures that are recent enough to support decisions.
Technology reduces repetitive work and makes collaboration faster. It does not replace professional judgement or the accountability of a named expert.
Teaching, producing videos and speaking publicly require me to check the rules, explain them clearly and distinguish general principles from individual cases.
My view of the profession
Karpeo grew from a clear ambition: retain the discipline learned in audit while building a closer relationship with SME owners.
Good accounting information should do more than describe the past. It should help a business owner choose the next action.
During eight years at PwC Switzerland, I worked on financial audits for SMEs and international groups. I developed a method grounded in documentation, verification and traceable conclusions.
I obtained my Swiss federal diploma as a certified accountant in 2018, after completing a Master’s degree in Finance at EDHEC. That training remains the technical foundation of my work in accounting, tax and corporate structuring.
I founded Karpeo in 2018 to bring that discipline to entrepreneurs who need an accessible adviser and answers shaped around their business. Today, the firm supports SMEs, self-employed professionals, holding companies and founders in Geneva and across French-speaking Switzerland.
Our digital organisation makes document collection and follow-up faster. Responsibility for the advice remains with identifiable, qualified professionals.
In 2020, I co-founded Entreprendre.ch to make the formation of Swiss LLCs, corporations and sole proprietorships more accessible. I also explain Swiss tax and entrepreneurship topics through my YouTube channel.
Alongside this work, I teach at CREA and for EXPERTsuisse. Teaching means testing explanations against practice and remaining attentive to changes in the Swiss framework.
